Digital Programme Manager

Our public sector client are looking for a Digital Programme Manager to manage an Agile team of Product Owners and Scrum Master on the organisations transformation journey.

The Digital Programme Manager is accountable for the delivery of complex a programme of digital products and services that are delivered by multiple teams or have high technical or political risk.

In this role, you will be, and must have experience of:

• Managing Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Managing the Scottish public sector digital landscape
• managing dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning and feeding into larger programmes and portfolios
• removing blockers and manage risks, commercials, budgets and people
• have an in depth knowledge of Agile and other methodologies
• be responsible for understanding, managing and communicating to complex stakeholder groups, balancing priorities
• be the initial escalation point for the programme and must have an awareness of the bigger picture
• support the programme director by overseeing the delivery of their vision for the programme.
