Technical Business Analyst (Traded Risk) - London - 6 Months (Inside IR35)

Our Banking client in London is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will be work on a number of projects, the first being initial scoping studies for Stressed Greeks.

Business analyst role within Stress Testing programme with initial focus on:

• Scoping study for Stressed Greeks - aim to turn tactical solution into system driven strategic solution within the bank's architecture
• Scoping study for Reverse Stress Testing - aim to rethink fragmented Reverse Stress Testing tactical solutions into a combined solution across all asset classes and risk stripes

Skills and experience

• Business Analyst experience in Risk, ideally some exposure to Traded Risk
• Technical side BA experience of taking a set of requirements through to a productionised solution, covering the full software development cycle
• Comfortable dealing with Quant and Front Office colleagues who may require the role holder to work autonomously with sporadic engagement with SMEs
• Desirable - Exposure to Stressed Greeks or Reverse Stress Testing
