Service Manager - Edinburgh - 6 Month Contract
Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join their Edinburgh based team on a 6 month initial contract.
As Service Manager you will have responsibility for Service introduction (scheduling, chairing meetings, moving forward actions, working with 3rd party suppliers), this will involve multiple SI meetings with the business to embed services into the IT support model. The role will be the IT point of contact for the programme. You will carry out documentation sign off for test plans and Non Functional Requirements and have involvement in supplier meetings, additionally you will provide BC & DR expertise to the programme.
