Our London based banking client is currently looking for a skilled Java Developer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Spring, Spring Boot
• Microservices architecture patterns
• Docker, Kubernetes
• Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform
• Developing applications for GCP or AWS, etc.
• Experience of working with a highly-distributed application, involving in-memory data technologies (such as Apache Ignite, Hazelcast or Oracle Coherence) and compute grid platforms (e.g. TIBCO DataSynapse GridServer, IBM Symphony or bespoke)
• Behaviour Driven Development tools, frameworks and practices.
• A familiarity with the business we support, and the domains of risk, trading, derivatives, etc
