We are currently recruiting for a Change Programme Manager to join one of our clients for a 3 month contract. This role is based in Wiltshire and is inside IR35.

Reporting into the Head of Business Change, the Change Programme Manager will be responsible for leading business change and the key responsibilities will include the creation of a 'Change Impact Analysis', leading and facilitating a number of workshops within the business.

The Change Programme Manager will also own, manage and deliver their plan, by working closely with the business and respective stakeholders throughout the various phases of Business Change, i.e. Analysis, Business Readiness, Cutover, Hyper-Care and Stabilisation.

Experience Needed:

• Experience of change management within a large-scale programme (ideally systems based)
• Experience of working within a culturally diverse and international organisation
• Organised and methodical in general approach to work
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent)
• Project Management - APMP, Prince 2, PMP (or equivalent)
• Risk Management - PRAM (or equivalent)
• Change Management - ADKAR (or equivalent)
• Communication planning
• Stakeholder management
• Change planning - having a pragmatic approach to assessing priorities
• Able to manage and motivate a team
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Business Analysis & Modelling
• Process Design & Re-Engineering
