In House / Internal Recruitment Lead - London Based - 6-month Contract

Are you an internal recruiter with strong leadership skills who is currently looking for a new job?

My large client in the finance sector is looking for an In House Recruitment Lead to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. You will be working within their Restructuring Business and take responsibility for leading and delivering the company's recruitment strategy and attracting and hiring high calibre talent into the firm.

You will be reporting directly to the HR Director and taking lead with the development of recruitment strategy for the Restructuring part of the business, managing the recruitment senior stakeholders into Restructuring and accountable for meeting all recruitment needs of the business.

If you have experience of building recruitment strategy from scratch and taking responsibility for end to end recruitment delivery and also :

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• In house recruitment experience
• Working in a fast pace organisation / start-up business
