I am currently representing an industry leading consulting business, who are looking to hire a Service Delivery Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and continually improve the IT infrastructure and supporting environment
• Responsible for managing the resolution of major incidents and any escalated issues
• Configuration, maintenance and support of InTune
• Deal with escalated instructions and tickets from support desk
• Provide 3^rd line support and infrastructure level engineering across Microsoft systems and technologies

Required Skills:

• Azure configuration and administration experience
• Office 365
• PowerShell
• Exchange online
• AD and Azure AD
