Hybrid UX role (60%) plus Service Designer (40%)
A service designer to help with the end-to-end journey of particular areas of our business. This would be about providing the right service and/or selling the right products and how they intertwine across the multiple touchpoints the customer goes on. As a service designer you would have had to have done this in a large, complex organisation, taking high level stakeholders on the journey with you. With all the soft skill developed up to consultant level to be able to do this.
