Hybrid UX role (60%) plus Service Designer (40%)

A service designer to help with the end-to-end journey of particular areas of our business. This would be about providing the right service and/or selling the right products and how they intertwine across the multiple touchpoints the customer goes on. As a service designer you would have had to have done this in a large, complex organisation, taking high level stakeholders on the journey with you. With all the soft skill developed up to consultant level to be able to do this.

You will have to be able to do all the usual SD activities:

  • Evidence of the execution of a robust discovery and delivery design-thinking process
  • Design the User Journey Map
  • Plan and execute co-creation workshops
  • Use the available resources to prototype services
  • Design the Service Blueprint (current and future state)
  • Whatever else needs to happen to condense analysis into a compelling story
  • Conduct User Research to identify and assess the problems to solve and the opportunities to explore further
