A Global Manufacturing Company are looking to recruit a Drupal SME to work on solutions/platforms In the Digital area in the Web, Social, Mobile Centre of Excellence.

The key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Working closely with colleagues and being known as the subject matter expert for all things digital
• Embracing the concept of life long learning by being a person with ability to undertake self led research and upskilling to ensure you are always aware of digital trends
• Looking beyond the immediate request to see the scope in an idea to add value at an Enterprise level
• Facilitating scoping, fit-gap workshops for effective requirement gathering
• Being aware that the devil really is in the detail - you will be the type of person who relishes the opportunity to dig into requirements line by line, to ensure the proposed projects are both feasible and compliant

The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:

• Experience: solid digital experiences, from either the business or IT perspective - with hands on CMS, in particular Drupal experience
• Languages: Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in Matrix environment orchestrating delivery from multiple teams
• Experience operating with Agile process activities and awareness of Scrum
• Good understanding of business process analysis & design and system architecture concepts
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
