Are you an experienced Information Security Analyst with a Governance, Risk and Compliance focus? You will play a key role in ensuring the company's security programme keeps up with the growing business.
Working as part of LGHF IT Operations and reporting to the Information Security Manager. With focus on enforcing governance and IT security compliance across the organisation. Involved in all aspects of the project life cycle and key system enhancements, ensuring IT security best practice is adhered to, and that key company projects are compliant with IT security policies.
Assist with carrying out audits and risk assessments in line with group, external and internal IT Security audit schedules.
Contribute to key strategic priorities and help translate them into a comprehensive strategic plan for IT Security. Help establish and update IT security policies, processes and controls for ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 accreditation.
Take ownership for the compilation and delivery of key IT Security reporting and information packs.
Excellent communication skills - able to explain technology issues that are often complex and obscure to non-specialists. Confident and trustworthy - keen to earn the respect and trust of, and inspire, others
Desirable: Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (certified by ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, CompTIA or similar).
Knowledge and demonstrable experience of managing internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry best practice in process, controls, tools, standards and methods in IT security and deployments. Ability to multitask effectively
