SCCM Packager

Our client is looking for a highly skilled SCCM Packager to join their Salisbury based team for a 2 months initial contract.

Skills required:

Onsite packager required to support a Windows 10 rollout in the trust, working with the project team to deliver applications through SCCM to new devices

Must be familiar with standards based application packaging in particular:

• Application remediation and compatibility (permissions, compatibility etc - essentially make the app work on Windows 10)
• Flexera Admin studio experience is desirable
• Transforming MSI applications
• Re-capturing applications as MSI or MSI-X
• Must be able to work with Powershell scripts
• Must be able to use custom actions and scripts in MSI's

Must be very familiar with SCCM 2016, in particular:

• Creating/modifying task sequences
• Able to import/configure applications, programs, deployments and collections, linking them to AD groups
• Collection queries/membership rules/Variables
• Familiar with detection methods for non-MSI applications
• Dependency configuration
• Willing to mentor/train the on-site team and provide documentation of their work

WORKERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE IN SALISBURY, SO ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN COMMUTE SHOULD APPLY
