My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 2 month initial basis, please note this role falls inside of scope so you will need to utilise an Umbrella Company.

Duties to include

  1. Take customer calls on mailbox migrations, either my phone or my mail
    1. Log them
    2. Follow triage script to be provided that will direct then to
      1. Offer guidance to the users or
      2. Pass calls onto technical team
      3. Close calls down when resolutions received
    1. Engage with project team to get updates on migrations and issues (daily calls)
    2. Phones/mailbox to be manned as per service desk hours
  1. Assumptions will be that they will
    1. Have cllient accounts and laptops
    2. Have mobile phones (tbc)
