My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 2 month initial basis, please note this role falls inside of scope so you will need to utilise an Umbrella Company.
Duties to include
- Take customer calls on mailbox migrations, either my phone or my mail
- Log them
- Follow triage script to be provided that will direct then to
- Offer guidance to the users or
- Pass calls onto technical team
- Close calls down when resolutions received
- Engage with project team to get updates on migrations and issues (daily calls)
- Phones/mailbox to be manned as per service desk hours
- Assumptions will be that they will
- Have cllient accounts and laptops
- Have mobile phones (tbc)
