Customer Insight Partner for Health & Medicine - Part Time - Contract

My client a top FTSE100 company are looking to recruit a Customer Insight Partner for Health & Medicine on a 12-month contract based in their offices in Berkshire / Working from home. Please note this is a part time role working 2/3 days a week. The Customer Insight Partner for Health & Medicine will ensure the provision of cost-effective product and therapy area data, market research, and brand team insight generation to drive decision making.

The key skills and experience required;

• Knowledge - Knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems
• Must have background within the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industries
• Knowledge of sales force measures and metrics as well as of the fundamental aspects of affiliate
• financial performance
• Knowledge of basic SFA (Salesforce Automation) processes and tools
• Understanding of brand planning cycle
• Good understanding of the organizational processes and procedures
• Experience in working with market research agencies and data suppliers
• Experience in project management
• Experience in presenting market data
• A good understanding of the NHS.
• Experience of liaising with 3rd party providers as well as internal customers
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, and successful matrix working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel user
• Highly analytical, with an ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to network both within and outside the organisation.
