HR Business Analyst - INSIDE IR35 - CURRENTLY REMOTE

Our client, a FTSE 100, are currently recruiting for an HR Business Analyst to join the team on a contract basis.

The purpose of this role is to support delivery of the deployment of a contingent workforce management tool. You will work with the business to capture requirements, lead analysis and design. A key deliverable is the generation of business requirements and ability to work across multiple workstreams.

• Proven track record of understanding processes with the ability to articulate business requirements, processes & outputs both internally and remotely.
• Eliciting requirements
• Requirements organisation
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis
