IT Support (2nd line)

Our public sector client is looking for a highly skilled IT Support Engineer (2nd line) to join their Edinburgh based team for a 3 months initial contract.

Skills required:

• Experience in a 2nd line PC Support environment
• Experience of working on an IT Help Desk
• Experience with supporting the Windows 7 Operating System
• Installation of new PCs and movement of existing PCs
• Support and installation of desktop applications
• Support and installation of peripherals such as printers and scanners
• Experience of working in a Help Desk environment (logging new calls, talking customers through problems)
• A current Driving License
