The CompanyOur client is a global organisation based in the heart of Oxford. They are looking for multiple German speaking Technical Support Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis.

The RoleYou will be working in a team of engineers to provide technical support to both their business partners and a global client base. Because of this, you must be fluent in German. All support is done via email, phone or webchat and will be focused on Network and Cyber Security.

You will have:* Great understanding of Network Fundamentals - VLAN, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols* Antivirus* Experience with troubleshooting protocols - HTTP, SMTP, FTP* Cisco networking knowledge* Experience with Linux OS* A background providing 2nd line support

Any certifications in Microsoft / Cisco / Network+ / Security are desirable.
