Technical Support Engineer - GERMAN speaking

I am representing a global, well established organisation based in the heart of Oxford on completing several critical hires for their Technical Support Teams.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to both the business partners and a well-established global client base. The base of the support you will be providing is Network Fundamentals, you will be part of a team of engineers providing the best possible service to their customers and partners.

Key responsibilities/Experience required.

• Fluent English and Business level German skills
• A good understanding of the Network fundamentals such as, VLAN's, DNS, DHCP, Routing protocols, Antivirus
• Troubleshooting protocols, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DHCP
• Cisco Networking across the board from a 1^st/2^nd line level
• Experience/knowledge with O/S, Windows OR Linux

Nice to have

• ANY Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Network +, Security
