12 month contract

Remote working and London office based

Initially the role will be focussed on the business-to-business (B2B) part of my client as it embarks on a CRM transformation project, but may become wider as workload permits. You will co-manage customer data special projects that support improved data quality that can be leveraged across the organization to gain competitive advantage, operational efficiency, or revenue enhancement. Work with training to ensure data quality is embedded in B2B daily working practices. Define processes to maintain and improve data quality, and work with the technical team to implement them.

Skills required:

Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationships Management System. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and data.

• User and Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills, including process documentation
• Experience of working as part of a project team
• Knowledge of Sales Pipeline / Subscriptions Business or Revenue Generation

Understanding of CRM Business Data

• Understand the meaning of fields - not just their names but their relevance to business processes. Where necessary create more informative names.
• Suggest opportunities for efficiency gains by using reference datasets.
• Identify duplicate fields and remove. This avoids misunderstandings interpreting the data.
• Understand the Salesforce CRM system data model.
• Ensure that your CRM data is up to date, audit data for consistency, set up automation, and manage custom fields
• Ability to perform basic queries and reports on Salesforce data (using SQL and/or SOQL) as necessary to report on metrics related to quality of data.
• Provide data sources to the sales and CSM managers to track effectiveness and KPI's
