Lorien are working in partnership with one of Manchester's finest Managed Service Providers. In Manchester City Centre, they are seeking to grow their experienced service desk by adding a 1st Line Support Analyst.

Your responsibility will be to provide high quality support to the business customers, resolving queries that come through via email, telephone and tickets. You'll also get the opportunity to assist with project deployments and upgrades.

Within this business there is an excellent opportunity to develop your skillset, with a training budget and learning groups, you'll get as much support as possible to develop your career further.

To be a success you must have a blend of the following skills and experience:

  • Administrating Windows Server (2008-2019)
  • Support of Microsoft Exchange (2007-2016)
  • Administering Office 365
  • General networking knowledge (Routers/Switches/Firewalls)

The salary is up to £22,000 + benefits.
