Trader Voice Project Manager

Our London based banking client is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team on an initial 12 month contract. This will be remote working full time for the time being due to Covid19.

The successful candidate will work on a number of initiatives in 2021 including an upgrade of Unigy Trader Voice platform, global Speakerbus transformation, and deploying 'Trader Voice from home' service.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Trader Voice and non-Trader Voice platforms; ideally IPC Unigy, Speakerbus, Avaya, Nice Trader Recording, Verint Verba
• Telephony transformation or significant telephony upgrade/ user migration programmes,
• Experience of End User Voice migrations
• Industry Project Management accreditation e.g. PRINCE2
• ITIL understanding, esp. within an outsourced operational model
• Compliance and regulatory implications associated to telephony systems
• Working with remote teams
• Understanding of cloud computing, virtualisation and data centre migrations
• ServiceNow
