Are you a Service Desk Analyst or Customer Service Agent looking for your next role?

My client is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team providing BAU support to a large government agency.

You'll be the focal point for communication within the service desk, responsible for liaising between internal support teams, 3rd party suppliers, and the end user. You'll also be responsible for recording and updating incidents and tickets, keeping end users informed of progress throughout the resolution of their issues.

You'll need to have experience on a Service Desk or a similar environment, ideally within a 1st line support role. Ideally you'll also have an understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory. You will also need to have excellent customer service skills, as the end user is at the heart of the work.

This contract is to start ASAP and will run for an initial 3 months, with lots of scope to extend beyond this.
