Job Description - D365 Trainer

A D365 Trainer is required to join our retail client. This programme is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Accountabilities

• The D365 Trainer is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of training for the programme into the business
• Confirmation and detailed definition of the overall training strategy and approach
• Training Needs Analysis
• Definition of training scope
• Role mapping from Dynamics 365
• Mapping roles to individuals to training plans
• Development of the training curriculum for end users
• Development of both on line and classroom based training materials
• Education and wider engagement planning for end users
• Training administration and logistics
• Training scheduling
• Training communications
• Key user training preparation
• End user training preparation
• Support for UAT training
• Sustain activities for ongoing user training
• Training the trainers that will deliver the training

Experience Required

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or other ERP experience
• Experience of working in a retail environment
• Experience of training teams in a complex environment
• Knowledge of developing both on line and classroom based training
• Experience of training internal training teams in a train the trainer approach
