Service Introduction Lead - Design and Transition
We have a new opportunity for a contract Service Introduction Lead to join our retail client to provide Service Design and Transition expertise to support our clients Security Transformation Programme.
This role will be on a 1 month rolling contract basis and will be remote.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for transitioning Security projects into Live Service and IT Operations support.
You will be responsible for assessing the project in terms of requirements, risk profile and standard service model alignment. From the impact assessment you will need to understand the number of days to be included within the project to complete the service introduction activities.
You will be responsible for defining the service requirements including SLAs, hours of operation and non-functional requirements. This will require the production of a Service Definition which you will own and manage until the service enters BAU. In addition, you may be required to help support the production of knowledge articles and ensuring sufficient operational training. This will include commercial engagement with our third party Service Desk to formally onboard the service.
Stakeholder engagement will be paramount to ensure alignment across the business and IT. This will include weekly reporting, chairing of governance gateways and regular meetings with Service Delivery Management.
