Continuous Improvement Manager - Permanent

Our Public Sector client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to be based in their Gourock office who can demonstrate a proven ability to lead teams to identify, analyse and deliver opportunities for change, which will deliver incremental, but significant, improvements to how the company operates. In particular, they will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Lean/6 sigma qualification or experience desirable
  • Understanding of operational business and performance
  • Strong understanding of change management and culture development
  • Knowledge of benefits management and governance
  • Credible at all levels within the organisation
  • Proven capability of delivering successful outcomes whilst maintaining strong working relationships with the business and leadership
  • An expert planner who can build schedules, forecast and track tasks, and integrate activities to manage a number of moving parts/resource conflicts
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, relationship management and influencing skills
  • An analytical thinker who is comfortable with using a variety of tools to collate, analyse and present complex information
  • Appreciation of agile methodology
