What : Customer Service Advisor

My large client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to come on board within their expanding team and assist in the growth of this even further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company that will offer you the chance to enhance your skillset and develop your experience.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will manage the day to day merchandise queries via email and phone.
If you have the following skills:
- Experience of front line customer service for both internal and external customers - in a face to face or call center environment.
- You are a computer literate.
- To build on excellent working relationships with both our external and internal customers.
- To ensure all queries are dealt with in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
