My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team, ideally you will have some experience as a Service Desk Agent however if you have come from a Customer Service background then that's also expedience in which they are looking for!

Key Skills

  • Experience working on a IT Help desk or Call Centre
  • IT Knowledge - Windows 10
  • Office knowledge - Microsoft packages; including Outlook and MS Teams
  • Ticketing systems - ServiceNow desirable
