My client is looking for a Service Desk agent to join their large team on site in their Whitehaven site, experience as a Service Desk Analyst isn't essential however you will need to have a strong Customer Service background.

Objectives

The First Line Support Analyst's role is to provide a single point of contact for customer's incidents and enquiries, following documented processes to ensure tickets are logged, prioritised and routed correctly.

Key Skills

  • Experience working on a IT Help desk OR customer service experience
