Cisco Contact Centre Engineer - UCCE Experience

As one of Vodafone's key strategic partners we are currently recruiting for a Cisco Contact Centre Engineer to join the team on an initial 3 month contract. This role is remote based and deemed outside IR35.

Key sills required:

  • Knowledge and familiarisation with Cisco UCCE and associated toolsets such as Script Editor and Config Manager
  • Hands on knowledge and experience of building Customer Call Flows and associated configuration based on Customer Requirements
  • Hands on knowledge and experience in Finesse Agent Desktop Configuration (e.g. Reason Codes, Phonebooks, Layouts etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support to address potential customer issues relating to Call Flows and Desktop Configuration
