We are looking for 3rd Line Support Engineers to join our growing business. We are looking for candidates who can provide 3rd line technical support to customers including server, desktop and networking infrastructure, liaise with and build strong working relationships with key customer contacts.

This is a 12 month contract, inside IR35.

Essential Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at 3rd line level.
  • Microsoft Autopilot
  • MS Windows Server 2008R2 or above
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Azure
  • Office 365
  • VMware
  • Hyper-V
  • Sophos
  • Mimecast
  • SCCM
  • Windows Server including ADFS and Active Directory


  • Intune
  • VOIP - Trader Systems or CISCO Telephony
  • Veeam
  • ADFS
  • Netapp
  • Citrix Netscaler, Xenapp and Xendesktop
  • Disaster Recovery experience
  • MSP Experience
