ICT Incident Manager / Service lead - London - 3 Month Contract

Our Canary Wharf based client is offering an exciting opportunity for an ICT Incident Manager / Service lead to join their team on a 3 month initial contract.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Must hold a valid SC Clearance
  • Responsible for management of incidents, and overall service / support function whilst change programme underway.
  • Looking for a hands on, attention to detail individual who's able to operate as problem solver for service issues (acting as the lead between infrastructure and support functions).
