Lorien are working with our client to help them recruit a Desktop Support Engineer which will be based on their client site in central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a growing Managed Services team supporting a busy and vibrant working environment

The ideal candidate will need to have a solid background & understanding in IT Support, predominately 2nd & 3rd Line, covering business as usual and project-based work

From a technology perspective you will need to have a broad range of knowledge so a mix of the following would be preferred but not essential;

  • Management & Deployment of Microsoft based technologies (Desktop Server, Active Directory, Exchange)
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Networking experience
  • Automating and packaging desktop applications

Coupled with this you will be a team player have excellent communication skills and the ability to work across all areas of the business with technical & non-technical staff
