Lorien are working with our market leading client to help them find a Senior IT Support Technician.
Working across a mix of 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support you will be responsible for dealing with technical issues across all areas of the business as part of a small but dynamic team.
Key aspects of the role will be to provide a mix of desktop & application support for both local and remote users whilst rolling out hardware and software in a professional and personable manner following internal processes and procedures.
From a technology perspective you will need to be well versed in a mix of the following;
Support & Administration of O365
Active Directory administration
+ other associated technology knowledge
Coupled with this you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be a strong communicator and the ability to work and interact with all areas of the business who have varying technical knowledge
