One of the UK's leading providers of Audit, Tax, Deal Advisory and Engineering are looking for a Head of People Data and Analytics to join their team to ensure design, implementation and monitoring of key components of their overall People strategy.
The role is based in the company's office located in Watford in an easily accessible location with excellent public transport links.
About the role:
As the Head of People Data and Analytics, you will have a real passion for unlocking human capital data to improve engagement, retention and overall performance. You will be a strong team player and have strong experience navigating professional services within a matrix structure. Furthermore, you will ensure the design and delivery of the people data strategy integrates with other areas of the people function e.g. performance and reward.
In addition to this you will be involved in the following:
- Generate data from multiple sources and communicate your findings
- Lead a small DI team
- Maintain a rolling programme of HR reporting and review
- Support the UK Head of People and the Leadership team in ongoing development of the wider HR strategy
You will have significant progressive experience in a HR Data or Workforce Planning role with proven analytical expertise in a complex organisation. You will also have project management experience, as well as the ability to consult and influence multiple stakeholders on strategic projects, which incorporate both design and technology implementation solutions. As the Head of People Data and Analytics Senior Management, you will have solid people management experience along with strong external/market awareness, networks and understanding of the broader industry trends and challenges.
