My client, an large scale MSP is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 3 month initial contract.
You will have experience responding to customer and user queries via email or the phone. Performing remote troubleshooting of devices in order to provide a remote fix, or to pass the call to the engineering teams for a site visit. The service will require training on the customer proprietary hardware and software and at times can be a pressurised environment with aggressive SLA's that need to be constantly managed.
