Role: Project Lead/ Project Support Officer
Length: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are currently seeking a project lead to join a financial services company based out of their head office in Telford. As a business they operated mainly within the insurance sector and have a huge presence within the UK market. They pride themselves on the way they differentiate themselves from others within the industry, adapting a culture that champions innovation and diversity.
In this role, you will be responsible in helping co-ordinate the delivery plans of migrations and projects across the technical change department. You will work closely with delivery managers and senior project leads to ensure delivery plans are in place, tracked and resourced. You will complete analysis, identify discrepancies, risk and issues that could impact the timeliness or quality of the project being delivered.
To be a success in the position you will have:
- A background in project support
- Strong communication skills & stakeholder management
- Need to be very organised and assertive
- Be able to adapt quickly to change and differing scenarios
