Our client is looking to transform their customer and employee experience by providing a customer portal for claimant to use to view their benefits details and for agent. They are looking to provide them with a single customer agent view enabling them to log interactions, transfer them and update them with relevant information.
Background and experience:
- A broad technical background with depth in at least one architecture discipline plus an ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
- A good working knowledge of Digital Cloud and Integration technologies including SOA.
- Practical experience of software development.
- Proven ability to shape business requirements and design solutions based on those requirements.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that includes application development & integration cloud native development mobile-first principles quality-focused values and customer-centric experiences.
- Work experience in public sector is a plus
