My client, one of the worlds professional services firms,is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their busy team in the heart of West London. You will be joining an established team of 3 engineers onsite and will be there to provide hardware and software support, both remotely and desk side on IT products within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- To replace desktops, laptops and monitors as like for like and enabling a quick resolution with minimum inconvenience to the end user
- Perform Break fix on all desktop equipment
- To perform IMAC activities
- Mobile phones (Samsung) support
- Complete all allocated calls and maintain regular contact with call scheduler
- To diagnose problems accurately using all the available resources and technical knowledge
