My client, one of the UKs leading digital & IT services business are currently recruiting for someone to join their service delivery team in a support role based in Prudhoe, Newcastle. The company take pride in developing their employees and in this permanent position you will be given all the tools to progress through the ranks within the operations area of the business and get some first hand experience dealing with some large IT and telecoms businesses.
In the role you will be responsible for responding to all partner requests efficiently and professionally, enhancing the partner experience and providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure the overall success of the company. You will build & maintain cohesive, professional relationships with business partners, colleagues and other internal departments at all times.
To be a success you will:
- Have strong English/ maths skills
- MS office knowledge - excel, word.
- Administrative and telephone job experience previously.
- Be willing to learn, have a friendly and personable approach to customers.
