Customer Service Agent - Inbound Call Handler

Lorien are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents with experience of dealing with inbound calls to join a nationwide IT Service Provider based in Milton Keynes on a rolling contract basis paying £11.17 per hour with a view of turning perm

The desks operate between 07:00 - 19:00 with a 7.5 hour day being worked between Mon - Friday

We are looking for candidates with previous Customer Service experience ideally within a call / contact centre and are used to dealing with high volumes of incoming calls and feel comfortable using Microsoft Office.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Act as first point of contact for customers via telephone
  • Record issues / queries on the Call Logging system (Training will be provided)
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
