Customer Operations Administrator | London | 3 Months

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join one of our retail clients in London for a 3 month contract.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the support Supply Chain / Wholesale customer operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in managing stock for re-orders
  • Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns of faulty and non-faulty goods
  • Provide daily activity reports as needed by the business

Experience:

  • Good knowledge of managing orders in SAP is preferable
  • Understanding of order lifecycle activities
  • Understanding of shipping and credit processes
  • Very good to advanced Excel and numerical skills
  • Knowledge of producing reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Experience of interpreting large amounts of data and confident in reporting procedures
