Driven and passionate Spanish speaking Service Desk Analysts required to join a leading international business in their specialised support centre, which is rapidly expanding into Manchester. They currently operate globally with 55,000 users across 64 countries. You will have the opportunity to progress and grow within the company, whilst supporting their latest technologies within a customer centric environment.

The business is located in their state of the art office within an easily accessible location in the city centre with excellent public transport links.

About the role:

As a Spanish speaking Service Desk Analyst, you will provide front line support via all channels of engagement which include phone, chat, email, self-serve and virtual agent. You will initiate the procedure for handling detected incidents, provide effective interface with users and support and monitor systems.

In addition to this, you will be involved in the following:

  • Train, support and mentor new starters and other members of the team
  • Escalate major incidents to the team leads and the Service Desk Manager
  • Maintain and update accurate incident records, along with resolution details throughout the incident life cycle
  • Provide advice and updates to users on available products, services and systems

About you:

You will be fluent in Spanish and either have experience working within a busy Service Desk environment or have recently graduated within an IT related course. You will possess a good understanding of ITIL processes and have experience providing excellent customer centric support. As the Support Analyst, you will have exceptional problem solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and exceptional troubleshooting skills.

Desirable: ITIL certified to a Foundation level
