Lorien is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Technical Support Engineer to join one of our clients at their offices in N. London.
The ideal candidate for this role has a good understanding of iPhones, experience with troubleshooting and working in a fast paced environment. You need to be able to assist users with setting up a new iPhone including profile restore, and early navigation through handsets, respond to emails or tickets from users, identify and communicate issues. Good communicator, be able to manage users with differing IT capabilities and expectations and work well independently.
The client is providing training for this role, and the contract is initially until the end of January. There is occasional travel in the UK and Europe for this role, but this is all booked in advance.
