Office 365 Subject Matter Expert

I'm currently on the search for a Office365 3rd line engineer for a contract in Leeds city centre to work with a worldwide retail brand.

You'll be acting as an Office 365 subject matter expert, contributing to the development of group standards and identify and implement new practices, processes and cloud technologies where appropriate. Contributing to the Office 365 technology roadmap and propose improvements to the platform. You will document all tasks undertaken within the team including reoccurring issues and processes, you will also be taking ownership of issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

You will also Collaborate with the helpdesk and other support teams to identify, prioritise, and resolve incidentsResolve incidents within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to the high quality that a retail business demands

You will have technical knowledge/expertise in Office 365, Exchange. Operating systems (Windows, Linux etc) and Cloud services (Azure, AWS etc.), Window platforms such as Active directory, file shares and SCCM, you will also have experience with other platforms such as McAfee, data centre and hardware such as VMWare, HPE.
