Superb career opportunity for an experienced Client success professional from within the HR Tech sector. Our client is an award winning provider of HR Solutions and Employee Benefits to the corporate sector. A disruptive entrant into the specialist HR tech solutions market with a fast growing reputation for delivering fantastic results for their clients.
They are now looking for a commercial client success professional with great account management skills to help improve client engagement and grow the account base. You will be expected to identify and develop opportunities with a dedicated portfolio of clients and provide a supreme level of relationship management. You will be rewarded with a great salary, generous performance bonus package.
You will be responsible for taking the lead on developing a number of specific key corporate clients. Working at C-suite/CHRO level you will manage and develop your client relationships and identify, scope and lead on meeting client expectations and growing the account.
Ideally you will have:
- good experience of working in an fast moving HR Tech or employee benefits organisation
- a demonstrable proven track record of client account management and commercial client success in a similar business with major FTSE clients
- comfortable managing client relationships at Board and senior executive level working on complex, high-level projects
- experience of creating and designing viable high value HR consultancy solutions or programmes
