Please note that this contract will have to be set-up as Umbrella/PAYE Inside IR35.

My client a FTSE100 Company are currently looking to recruit a HR Data Consultant for a Workday Configuration to join its team on a contract basis. This role will initially be working remotely. The HR Data Consultant for a Workday Configuration will be responsible for the following:

This HR Data Consultant role is responsible for managing the technology roadmap for the global HR systems landscape and is the main contact point for local HR contacts for queries they might have.

You should have the following: experience working with Workday HCM, experience managing HR systems business requirements, data collection, transformation and database integration in the context of HR transformation. Must possess the ability to explain data, technology, and project terms in a clear and simple way to a range of stakeholders and business users. Project and stakeholder management skills are essential.

• Assist the Data Lead Consultant(s) in gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing data solutions.
• Participate in Workday HCM implementation activities including discovery, architect, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions
• Configure the system and/or databases to the customers' expectations and requirements.
• Master the art of "follow through". Frequently update your project Lead and Engagement Manager on timeline, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, etc.

• Produce required project artefacts and reports

The key skills and experience for the HR Data Consultant for a Workday Configuration include:

• HR SaaS Implementation experience
• Experience of data gathering, data translation and process supervision
• XML experience
• HCM Experience
• Experience of Workday is desirable
• HR SaaS Solution data migration expertise (multiple systems to single HR SaaS Platform)
• HR Data Architecture experience
• Significant experience delivering HR SaaS Solution (From kick off through to Post Go Live support in a global regulated environment
• Experience in data prototyping processes in HR system change / transformation
• Experience in SQL data transformation and use of SQL server
• Experience working hands on with data migrations, extracting and cleansing data
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, ideally with the ability to create macros
