My client are a successful technology organisation who have gone through recent expansion and have an opening for a 2nd Line Support / Field Engineer to work on their service desk and also service client sites in the London area. Job Description

Monitoring and meeting service level targets

Building and maintaining strong supplier/partner relationships with both the company and the customer suppliers

Providing day to day support

Management and analysis of customer bill reporting

Overseeing practise of customer/supplier processes and feeding back suggested changes where required

Managing incidents, service and change requests through to resolution and in line with contractual obligations

Documenting and rolling out of changes in existing process/new processes where required

Understanding and operating to differing contractual obligations

Managing conflicting and changing priorities

Resolving escalations and complaints

Experience Required

- Two years minimum experience

- Experience in customer facing environment

- Some experience of managed service preferred but not essential

- Windows Desktop Skills

- O365 Administration Skills

- Backups / Restore Skills

- SharePoint Skills

- Ticketing System Experience

- Server Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMWare)

- Microsoft Exchange

- Active Directory

- Windows Server (full range)
