£300 - £350 PD Change Implementation
A large tech organisation based in Cambridge is seeking a Project Coordinator on an interim basis to work on the delivery of new frameworks to their end-users across the organisation.
You will be responsible for taking a lead on the on-boarding of new users across multiple teams, whilst implementing improvements or identifying solutions within the business unit.
You will need to previous experience of running transformative and change programmes within an agile environment, you will be able to demonstrate that you can adapt to new situations and that you can engage with a range of stakeholders who you are able to influence and build effective relationships with.
You will also be involved with completing change impact assessments, managing the implications of moving from an 'as-is' to a 'to-be' environment, offering support regarding the implementation of the new delivery mode, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to mitigate these.
