I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analysts based in Nottingham on an initial 2 week contract for a nationwide IT Service Provider's based on site with one of their Public Sector Clients.

Our client has just migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and requires a number of Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Engineers to remotely support W10 users and advise on any queries regarding the new version of Windows they are using as well as normal service desk requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting both Windows 7 & Windows 10.

  • Previous IT Service Desk / Remote Support Experience
  • Windows 7 & Windows 10 experience
  • Windows / Microsoft
  • Active Directory / Group Policies
  • Very good telephone manor
  • Server / Storage Support - Desirable
  • Cisco / IP Address - Desirable
