My client is looking for an individual who will be provide high quality, professional and informed customer service in the form of 1st and 2nd line support.

Your duties will be Understanding customer needs in phone, email, chat and other interactions, to help customers to resolve incidents and complete requests immediately where possible, ensure requests and incidents are passed to the relevant teams where applicable.

You will have extensive experience of being in a 1st/2nd line support role. You will have with supported Windows 10 and you will have experience with active directory and user access, you will be comfortable with talking to people in a positive reassuring manner. Customer service is a must for this role, so if you have provided a high level and helpful service, it will go a long way.

You may have qualifications e.g. MCSE or ITIL foundation. You may also have knowledge of creative applications like adobe.
