Service Designer | London | 3 Months

We are currently recruiting for a Service Designer to join one of our clients for a 3 month contract based in London.

You will be able to understand the service related problems/challenges of customers and end-users Solve problems with natural innovative and analytical skills. During this role, you will work with customers, business stakeholders and staff to develop customer and business centric concepts. You will be responsible also for producing a range of service design deliverables for different touch points, and running creative workshops. You will take responsibility for overall quality of service design projects, and collaborate with other team members in projects.

Experience Required:

  • Experience as senior service designer for digital services
  • Experience with service design tools and methods
  • Experience in working on a broad range of research and innovation-oriented projects
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative and strategic thinking capability
  • Experience in working with creative people and environments
  • Experience with high-level customer engagement
  • Proficiency in using design and presentation tools efficiently
